Lad det koge 5 min.
Blend suppen med olivenolie, salt,peber og en smule revet parmesan

Friskrevet parmesan.
Osten ligges i små bunker på bagepapir, ligesom små kager.
De bages ved 200 grader indtil de er gyldne
Når de er afkølet kan de forsigtig ligges over på en tallerken og bruges som chips.

500-600 grams peas
1 liter of chicken or vegetable stock
1 onion
olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan.
Put peas in a pot with Bouillion and onion
Let it boil 5 minutes.
Blend the soup with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little grated parmesan
Parmesan Chips
Freshly grated parmesan.
Put small piles of parmesan on the cookie sheet, like little cakes.
They bake at 200 degrees until golden and crisp
Once they cooled, put them on a plate.
Tips for the senses
Have the children mark on the peas.
Taste the peas.

Make any. double serving of pea soup.
